Are You Nervous About Sharing Your Beauty in your Business?

From one Goddess to another, did you know that holding back your BEAUTY has a major impact on your videos and your business?

I did not want to admit this for a looooooooong time, but it’s true.  If you are not sharing your beauty with your tribe- you are holding back a part of you, part of your essence, your energy- your LIFE FORCE!

However, there is timing involved here.  So if you haven’t been ready to share your beauty, there’s probably been a darn good reason!  And I’ve had to work through a lot myself to be able to share it here and there and now a little more consistently.

So not to push you or prod you.  Notice where you are sharing it and where you aren’t.  Chances are you are doing it here and there- YAY!  So that’s where you start and then you take your next incremental step- one step at a time.  Right?

Examples of incremental steps:

  • Where a little makeup when you do your errands: something as simple as a little pencil under the eye and lip gloss, for starters
  • Add some earrings
  • Wear a dress- even a casual dress
  • Wear nice sandals, or low heeled boots
  • Wear a bright color

Just take one step at a time.  Breathe.  Notice how you feel.

Let me ask you. Are you NOT making your videos because you:

  • are super critical of your looks, your face, your body
  • worry about what others will think
  • don’t know what to wear
  • go into freeze mode when you just think of being in front of the camera

Or are you making your videos but you’re:

  • not appreciating your beauty
  • afraid of wearing makeup and attracting more attention
  • still managing to hide your beauty
  • holding back your femininity
